The entire team, including Mr. Grantham, were very professional and hard-working. They were careful about every stage of replacement, and careful in clean-up, and teaching me how to operate the new windows. I was enormously relieved that they made a special effort to get the new windows installed in time to secure my house ahead of the terrible hurricane. What a relief!!
